Welcome to the Mahendra Ratna Campus Library services! Information plays a vital role for the development of nation. An information item is value less until a right person properly utilizes it, at right time for the right purpose. Information is scattered all over the world in different format. We provide resources in various formats, from traditional print-based items to web-based resources (Books, Dissertations, Journals and Periodicals etc.) in support of Mahendra Ratna Campus teaching, learning and research activities. Internet is to provide better, quick, efficient reliable and effective service to users.

Demand for relevant information is increasing every day and the supply of information to meet the requirement is not enough because of several barriers such as; large amount of information, Finance, Space, Language, Time and ICT Skilled staff etc. Sharing of resources is one way to reduce those barriers and to meet the information need of users. Networking of libraries in Nepal is at a nascent stage. Without knowledge of IT and ICT Skill there is no possibility of globalization to our service.

To fulfill the need of our users; We are providing online Open Access and Free resources like: Nepal Journal Online (NepJOL), Asian Journal Online (AsiaJOL), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB), Directory of Open Access Resources (OpenDOAR), Global ETD (Electronic Theses and Dissertations) Search, WorldWideScience.org and Research4life (HINARI, AGORA, OARE, ARDI and GOALI), British Council Digital Library, United Nations Digital Repository in Nepal, Tribhuvan University Central Library Institutional Repository and many more.

Thank you !
